Bolehland Mess : constitution vs Machinery court
Can the court rule something not UNDER its juridiction?
I just recall a real life jokes that happens in real world : Outlaw the death.
Mayor Roberto Pereira da Silva’s proposal to the town council asks residents to “take good care of your health in order not to die” and warns that “infractors will be held responsible for their acts.”
Call it a jokes, since the town Mayor possess not power to control the mother nature.
But just look back at Bolehland, the Silver state, do you think there is any different when the Court issue the order to override the state constitution rights, that the court DOES NOT possess the rights?
Is that mean, from THIS TIME ON, if Arm-noh ask for it, Bolehland court can issue order to drag US and Israel to charge as war criminal?
Now let the Silver state young prince answer the question : Can you uphold the law when you have no rights?
Perhaps global warming has something to do with this insane.
